Refund Policy

1. We can process a full refund if you request a refund before 7 and more days to your scheduled class.
2. We can process 50% refund within 2-6 days before your scheduled class.
3. No refunds on the day of your class.
4. You can only reschedule once
5. Homekits can be returned within 14 days after placing the order. Products that are not returned within the 14 day period will not be accepted for a refund afterward.
6. Refunds may take up to 30 days depending on to variable conditions.
